Shipping Policy:

Please allow 10-14 business days AFTER the processing time for your order to be fulfilled. Processing time is 3-5 days. Business days DO NOT include weekends.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time occurs after the fulfillment period has finished.

* (United States) 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail

* (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail

* This time does not include the processing period

* EXPECT DELAYS DURING SALE PERIODS & HOLIDAYS!

THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS

1) You pay for your order.

2) You will receive an Order Confirmation Email

3) The Processing period begins. Processing time is 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS . Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended for Wigs. Processing period is extended 1-5 Business days during a sales period. (More info below)

4) After the processing period is over, your order will be created and fulfilled (10-14 business days).

5) You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email.

6) Your package is shipped off via USPS Mail

PROCESSING TIME

The Processing time is Same Day for orders before 5pm and Next DAY for orders after 5pm

Custom items such as Custom Wigs and our Wig Construction Service (You Provide the Hair Wigs), have a processing period of 10-14 business days.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.

All Packages come with a Tracking number.
If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office.
